SANITARY DISTRICT
Established in 1973 the Dover Eyota St. Charles Sanitary District provides a wastewater collection system for the communities of Dover, Eyota and St. Charles, a combined population of approximately 6,500. The District has a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit that provides the effluent criteria that must be met by the District in order to discharge treated effluent to the south fork of the Whitewater River.
